📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling and transaction processing.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage customer accounts, including opening, closing, and maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch operations.
Train and mentor branch staff to maintain high standards of service.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and security of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in using banking software such as Core Banking System and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to multiple branch locations.
