• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance with budgetary goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cooperative or similar organization.
• Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
