Prime Root Corporindo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related concerns or issues.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant coursework and internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
