📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.

Ensuring high-quality food standards and presentation.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Assisting with inventory management and purchasing.

Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Participating in menu planning and development.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assisting with special events and catering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
