📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff and provide guidance and training.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Conduct regular stock checks and loss prevention activities.,Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
