📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop backend systems and services,Lead a team of backend developers,Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of the backend systems,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features,Implement security and data protection best practices,Mentor and train junior developers,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback,Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,5+ years of experience in backend development,Proven experience in leading a team of developers,Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, etc.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,Understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.,Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
