📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of banquet services, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure all banquet events are executed according to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with event planners, catering services, and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution.,Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, and ensure timely restocking to meet event demands.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation for banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing banquet services and ensuring high standards of quality.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field is preferred.
