📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
