In this role, you will be responsible for conducting data-driven audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, risk management, and a keen attention to detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct data analytics audits to identify and mitigate risks within the organization.,Develop and implement data-driven compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.,Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management and compliance.,Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.,Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data throughout the audit process.,Provide training and guidance to junior team members on data analytics and compliance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in data analytics auditing or risk management.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations.,Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.,Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
