📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and growth of the organization.,Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.,Monitor and report on financial risks and their impact on the organization.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide risk management training and guidance to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, particularly in financial risk management.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.,Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
