YIELD Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Subang. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing our warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory is well-organized, secure, and efficiently managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure that all warehouse processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
