📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production status and logistics performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of production planning and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
