📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in sales meetings and events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate, with experience in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes when required.
