Sentosa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Assistant Security to join our team in Bontang. As an Assistant Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility and staff. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the facility to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate staff on security best practices.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related fields.,Knowledge of security procedures, laws, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security certification or license is a plus.
