📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and supervise a team of sales associates and other store staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
