📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in restocking and organizing pharmacy shelves as needed.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of pharmacy products and services is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.,Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
