📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our goals.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our department's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all departmental processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, to promote our work and build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
