📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update the company's inventory system.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely service.,Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.,Support the procurement team in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is a plus.
