Cafe Cahya Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, from managing daily operations to overseeing staff performance. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily café operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve store goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
