📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials to support our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials to support our products and services,Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity,Familiarity with technical tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
