Fast Pro Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient cash handling process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.,Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Manage cash handling processes, including counting, depositing, and reconciling cash.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.,Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and record-keeping.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
