📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.,Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and applications.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure business continuity.,Train and mentor junior staff members in IT best practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT systems.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
