📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

🛠️ Keahlian

Recruitment software proficiency (e.g.JobviteGreenhouseLever).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.Familiarity with social media and online job boards for recruitment.
