📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Coordinating with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitoring section budgets and ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Conducting regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary training and support.,Communicating with senior management to provide updates on section performance and recommend changes as needed.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed within the section.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all section activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
