📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and create branding materials such as logos, business cards, letterheads, and other print materials.,Develop marketing collateral materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve your skills.,Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output and team growth.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final designs.,Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are optimized for print and digital platforms.,Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and marketing collateral.,Proven experience in creating and managing design projects from concept to completion.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and marketing collateral materials.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.,Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
