The GMP Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wet Equipment Engineer to join our team in the vibrant city of Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wet processing equipment for the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nickel and palladium (NiPd) processes and a passion for innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and optimize wet processing equipment for NiPd semiconductor manufacturing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets performance and reliability requirements.,Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to maintain high yield and quality standards.,Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance equipment efficiency and throughput.,Provide technical support and training to team members on wet processing equipment and processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.,Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of the semiconductor manufacturing facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in wet processing equipment engineering for the semiconductor industry.,Strong understanding of NiPd processes and semiconductor manufacturing.,Proficiency in process control, troubleshooting, and validation techniques.,Experience with wet cleaning, etching, and deposition processes.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for semiconductor manufacturing.,Familiarity with CAD software and equipment design tools is a plus.
