📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing the sales acquisition team in Bali.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Providing coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales acquisition or management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fintech or financial services environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with fintech and digital payment solutions is a plus.
