In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering services, from managing a team of 10-15 staff to ensuring that all meals are prepared and delivered on time. You will also be involved in strategic planning, quality control, and customer satisfaction, making this a role that offers both operational excellence and the chance to make a real impact on our clients' experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital catering services, ensuring timely delivery of meals and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, including chefs, kitchen helpers, and delivery personnel, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities to understand their specific requirements and tailor our services accordingly.
• Work closely with the Unit Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure the financial health of the catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the catering or food service industry, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with catering software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare facilities as required.
