📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct door-to-door and area-wide canvassing to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to manage sales leads, track performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand representation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for travel and working in a diverse and dynamic environment.
