As Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, managing a team of 5-8 employees, including sales associates, visual merchandisers, and inventory managers. You will ensure our stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung run smoothly, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 5-8 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
• Implement and monitor visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote store events and special offers.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with retail software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
