📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide information on parts availability and pricing.
• Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer's guidelines.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service advisors to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and warranty claims using SAP or similar software.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling service appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive parts and warranty policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts or warranty management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
