📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Scout and sign new authors, both Indonesian and international, to represent in the literary market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with authors, editors, and publishers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify the best opportunities for authors' works.
• Negotiate and manage publishing contracts, ensuring fair and beneficial terms for all parties.
• Oversee the editing and production process to ensure high-quality publications.
• Attend literary events, book fairs, and industry conferences to network and promote authors' works.
• Provide strategic advice to authors on their career development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the competitive literary market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in literary representation or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully signing and managing authors' contracts.
• Strong understanding of the publishing industry, including market trends and literary genres.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in literary agency practices or related fields is a plus.
