📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end import processes, from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with global partners, carriers, and customs authorities
- Ensure compliance with IATA and IMCO regulations
- Optimize logistics workflows using DSV Air and SAP
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in airfreight import operations
- Proven expertise in IATA and IMCO regulations
- Strong knowledge of DSV Air and SAP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
