As Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, managing a team of 5-8 employees, including sales associates, visual merchandisers, and inventory managers. You will ensure our stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung run smoothly, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage a team of 5-8 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
Implement and monitor visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote store events and special offers.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
Familiarity with retail software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
