📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of drilling, workover, and well services operations, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, encouraging best practices and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling, workover, or well services operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certifications in drilling operations, safety management, or relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ISO).
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera), and safety management systems (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
